What are scientists and academics saying about how corporate gifting, rewards, gift cards, and incentive travel impact engagement?
About this Event
U.S. companies spend over $90 billion per year in corporate gifting, rewards, gift cards, and incentive travel. What are scientists and academics saying about their impact on engagement? And what is causing them to, in some cases, actually decrease performance? Whether your company buys gifts or rewards for employees, sales channels, or customers, this Morning Brew is for you.
The Association of National Advertisers B2B | St. Louis invites you to join Chris Galloway and Lynn Arand for coffee, pastries, and a quick dip into how behavioral economics can influence the design of your reward and gifting initiatives.
Included in this conversation:
A story of unintended consequences
Fun with behavioral economics principles
Keys to effective reward or gifting program design
Unpackaging the gifting and reward experience
Real life case examples
Some “eye candy” – we’ll bring a few of today’s most popular rewards as examples
We might even include a giveaway!
